Privacy statement

• Purpose: verify contact information for partnership proposals and inquiries.
• Collected items: company name, contact person name, phone number, and email address.
• Retention period: retained for 3 months after review for consultation purposes, then disposed of without delay.
• Refusing consent may limit submission of a partnership proposal.

Notice

• Deep-ET does not reply to every proposal or inquiry individually.
• If a suggester wants the submission discarded, Deep-ET will discard it immediately after receiving the request.
• Deep-ET does not sign individual NDAs for submitted inquiries and does not assume a duty to protect proposer trade secrets.
• If Deep-ET finds business value, a separate business process such as a partnership contract can be discussed.
• Submissions unrelated to business partnership or requiring an upfront meeting commitment may be rejected.
